·All participants must follow every regulations /guidelines as defined by the organizing committee.
·Through out the programs, all participants have to stay at the event’s venue, and not permitted to leave the venue ground without reporting to the Organizing Committee
·All participants should wear name tags during the whole programs.
·All participants should keep the cleanliness of the meeting room / hotel environment.
Attitude
·All participants should behave properly and pay respect to every one at all times.
·All participants should pay respect to the traditional local customs and beliefs.
·During the whole program sessions, smoking or alcoholic drinks are prohibited.
·Participants should not make noises that might disturb other hotel guests during resting / sleeping time
Seminar Program
·Participants should attend all sessions and follow all programs on time according to the time schedule.
·Participants should show respect to the speakers and other attendees by paying full attention during the session’s program.
·During lecture sessions, all mobile phones /pagers must be turned off, and taking picture with personal camera is not allowed, except during tea break times.
·Student participants will be divided into groups with liaison officer as group coordinator. For the presence list, each group member should report to their own group coordinators.
·For maximum interaction, group’s seating arrangement will be changed each day, according to the scheme defined by the organizing committee. Group coordinators will help the group members to sit at the right place.
·For evening talks and parallel sessions, vouchers will be distributed by group coordinators.
·Questions by students must be written on a piece of paper and will be collected by group coordinators. Selected questions will be answered by the speaker
Dress Code
·Dress code may be casual, but should be clean, proper, and neat. Shoes and long pants must be worn while attending the lecture sessions.

oOn August 6 : blue jeans & ASC T-shirt, ASC hat
oOn August 8 : long pants and T-shirt/ blouse

Accommodation
·The hotel’s check in hour is at 02.00 p.m.Room keys might be unavailable when you register earlier than the defined time. Those who have not got their room keys should ask for the keys at the registration desks after the check in hour
·All participants are not allowed to change bedrooms/ room mate arrangement without special permission by the Organizing Committee.
·All participants are responsible to keep the hotel room’s inventories in good condition. Charges will be claimed for lost, damaged or taken away hotel inventories.
·There is only one room key for each bedroom at the garden wing. Room key should be left at the receptionist whenever leaving the bedroom.
·Room keys should be returned to the group coordinators prior to leaving the hotel during check out time. Lost of room key will be highly charged by the hotel and the charge will be burdened to the related participant.
·The code for computerized room keys (from tower rooms) will disappear when the bedroom key is kept near your mobile phone. Put them separately.
·Participants have to take care of their own personal belongings. Always lock the door whenever leaving the bedrooms and never leave valuable belongings behind. Lost of valuable personal belongings will not become the responsibility of the organizing committee.
·The hotel provides safety box in the bedroom andat the reception.
·Content of mini bar will be daily checked by the housekeeping officers and any usage will be directly chargedas personal account to each room
·Hotel bed room’s phone and pay TV will be put off during your stay for the event.
·There are pay phones available at the lobby.
·Free internet access is provided for participants in Agung Ball Room during the event. Voucher for pay internet is provided at the lobby for general hotel guests.
Healthcare
·Participants who are not feeling well should communicate his/ her condition to the group coordinator. The hotel has a 24 hours medical service/doctor on call for emergency cases.
·Participants should bring along their personal medications.
·The organizing committee only provide medical team for general/ light cases. For heavier cases, the participant will be referred to the local hospital at their own cost.
Arrival
·Airport taxi service is provided at the left direction when you walk out of the domestic arrival terminal. The charge to Sanur / the hotel is Rp. 85.000,-.
·International students from certain countries should ask for one month visa on arrival by paying cash 30 US$. One day overstay will be charged 200 US$. Please check ASC website for information about your visa category.
Departure
·All participants should make reconfirmation of their flights one day prior to departure. Please inform the details to the group coordinators. Group coordinator will contact the organizing committee to make the confirmation.
·Those who want to join a local tour prior to departure may inform the group coordinators. They will be referred to the local travel appointed by the organizing committee to conduct the tour. The tour expenses will be burdened by the related participants.
·Those who will stay late for departure may leave their luggage at the hotel’s bell boy at the lobby. Please make sure that all luggages are given nametags.
·Make sure that you depart on time for your flight. Check in time at the airport should be 2 hours prior to departure time for international destination, and one hour for domestic destination. The journey from the hotel to the airport takes about 30 minutes.
Things to be prepared by participants:

Tour/ excursion regulations
·Tour programs will be conducted by the appointed local travel.
·Tour groups will be defined by the organizing committee.
·Group members should check with their own group coordinator about their tour destination.
·Unless given free time to wander off and do their own shopping, participants should stay with the group and listen to the instruction of the guide.
·Participants should arrive on time at the bus according to the tour time schedule.
·Participants should sit in the correct bus according to the passengers’ list.
·The group coordinator will check the presence of the group members in the bus prior to leaving that spot.
·Never use flashlight whenever taking picture of a ritual ceremony.
·Women undergoing period time are not allowed to enter sacral places (temple, etc.)
